Chimes

Why not take a listen to this fabulous show? You’ll hear an hour-long exploration of jangly ringing guitars, tracing the arc from the Byrds to the Bats, with plenty of new releases and some forgotten treasures too.

Host Paul Gough has been collecting these sounds since the late ‘70s and joins the dots along the musical timeline.

Let those Rickenbackers ring!

Music with a Message

Join Geoff as he presents an eclectic genre-busting range of Christian music that always has a message – and that message is Jesus.

Also, each week Geoff will be airing programs from various resources such as Science, Scripture and Salvation, Artist testimonies, different ministries in our community or a combination of these.

Science, Scripture & Salvation is a 14-minute radio broadcast featuring the scientists and speakers from the Institute for Creation Research discussing creation, evolution, apologetics, and many other topics of interest to Christians.

“Life is to be lived – not loathed”

Genre’s: Rock, Pop, Rap, Hip-Hop, Grunge, EDM, Techno, Metal, Country, and of course Contemporary Praise and Worship – if it’s Contemporary Christian then it’s not out of reach. Oh yeah – Geoff also loves Christian parodies.

Lisa Zanderigo is a practicing and exhibiting visual artist, with a Master of Visual Arts.

Originally from NZ, I moved to Sydney to take up a Bachelor of Visual Arts in Photomedia at Sydney University, and stayed for the warmer weather and sea temperatures. I spent 30 years teaching at Uni & TAFE in Sydney, before moving up to the Mid North Coast to take advantage of the beautiful environment, the slower pace and to focus more on my art practice.

As a visual artist, I’m very curious about the world and music always accompanies me wherever I go. I’m drawn primarily to great musicianship, great song writing, and a great voice. That means my tastes are eclectic excluding only a few genres.

I came to 2NVR through a friend, who was sitting in with another announcer. I’m enthusiastic about volunteering for community radio and contributing to the local community.
